Ashley Peniche Montenegro, Esq. 
Ashley is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Laurel Peniche Gartman. Ashley graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish. She attended Trinity Law School in Southern California and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree. Ashley has been a member of our team since 2010. She has gained extensive experience dealing with a variety of family law issues while working here the last 9 years. Her knowledge regarding custody/visitation disputes, domestic violence disputes and spousal support issues is vast. Although a young Attorney, Ashley lives for family law and enjoys what she does. Ashley speaks Spanish fluently as well as reads and writes. 

 
Anna Huemoller
Anna graduated from Cal State Fullerton with her degree in Business Management. Anna has been a paralegal at our office for 18 years, solely focused in the area of Family Law. Anna is the pillar of our office. She manages all of our office affairs, client files, and has an extensive knowledge in every aspect of Family Law. Anna is a great leader and team player and she has a great deal of compassion when dealing with our clients. Anna is a large asset to our firm.
